When firewood production starts to involve larger logs and substantial quantities of wood, it’s time to move up a size. The Rovik Firewood Production Package 380 is based on the powerful petrol-powered Rovik 380 with an elevator and complements the machine with everything you need for a complete workflow, right through to finished firewood in sacks.
The package includes the Rovik 380 Briggs & Stratton firewood machine with elevator, a 6-way blade, a firewood rack and five large 1,500-litre firewood sacks. A well-thought-out solution for forest owners, farmers, farms and others who want to be able to produce large quantities of firewood efficiently without being dependent on access to electricity.
A robust wood processor for serious firewood production
The Rovik 380 is the next step up for those who want a more powerful wood processor with substantial splitting capacity and the ability to handle thicker logs. The petrol-powered Briggs & Stratton engine also gives you the freedom to set up production wherever the raw material is – on the woodpile, in the yard or out on the property.
The log is fed into the machine, cut and split before the finished firewood is transported away by the conveyor. This means that several stages of the process are combined in a single machine, eliminating the need for the traditional sequence of separate cutting, splitting and handling.
From log to finished firewood in a bag
It is this comprehensive approach that makes the Firewood Production Package 380 a true production package.
The conveyor transports the split firewood directly away from the firewood processor. Place the supplied log rack at the outlet, hang up one of the large log sacks and let the logs collect whilst you carry on working.
When the bag is full, switch to the next one. You’ll have a much more organised workflow and won’t have to spend time first creating large piles of wood that then have to be handled again.
6-way splitting axe – get more ready-to-use firewood straight away
The package includes a 6-way blade specially adapted for the Rovik 380 series. It splits the log into six pieces with the same splitting force and is a really good addition when you want to produce smaller, usable pieces of firewood straight from the machine.
The more powerful 380 series has a splitting force of 20 tonnes, making this combination particularly appealing for those who regularly work with coarser raw material and want a log processor built for heavier log production.
Petrol power gives you freedom on the woodpile
With petrol power, firewood production does not need to be centred around a 400 V socket. This makes the Rovik 380 a flexible option for those who want to be able to move the machine between different work sites or place it where the logs are already located.
This is particularly practical on larger properties and farms where firewood isn’t always handled in the same place from season to season.
Five large firewood bags and a firewood rack are included
The package contains Rovik Firewood Rack 1500 together with 5 NNZ Firewood Bags, Mosquito Net Type, 1500 litres.
The log rack keeps the bag open and stable whilst the elevator fills it with ready-cut logs. At the same time, the sacks provide a convenient solution for handling, storing and further drying the firewood.
This means that right from the start, you have a fully functional system for dealing with what comes out of the machine – not just the equipment to produce it.
For forest owners, farms and larger firewood requirements
The Rovik Firewood Production Package 380 is for those who want to take their firewood production a step further. The more powerful firewood processor makes this package an attractive option both for larger-scale personal firewood consumption and for those who produce firewood regularly or in larger volumes.
And as your needs grow, there is a clear path forward. The Rovik 380 series can be supplemented with, amongst other things, a log table, a debarker and a hydraulic log lift to build an even more complete production flow.
This is included
